Word of Youth

This spell dispels all magic effects of target ally or caster.

Notes* Word of Youth only works against allies.

• Not only harmful but useful buffs such as Stimulating Word are dispelled.
• A single Word of Youth will dispel all present dispellable spells at once.
• Most spells can be dispelled. Following are the exceptions:

1. Instant effect spells such as damage spells, Jump etc.
2. Summon spells, Fog, Lethal Trap.
3. Spells that drain MP or AP that simultaneously cause damage is not dispellable. There are three spells with this property: Cut, Frozen Arrow and Crackler's Crushing. This might very well be a bug.
4. MP lost from Bribery are not regained by dispel. (Though they are regained from other spells such as Clumsiness.)
5. AP lost from Time Theft are not regained by dispel. (Though they are regained from other spells such as Slow Down.)
6. Madoll's Irritaion are not dispellable.

• Note that Vitality and Word Of Torture both are dispellable though the HP is not lost. In this situation you have more current HPs than your max HPs, and in this case you cannot heal HPs until you are again below max limit. If you try heal a character or opponent cast Bribery or other healing spell on a target with more HPs than max, the target will lose the extra HPs.
• It is possible to dispel effects from Event Cards.
• Note that it is never possible to regain lost MP or AP on your own turn by dispelling yourself. However you can dispel other effects on yourself such as Roulette. (You will not take any damage as you are dispelling this spell.)
