Spell Rebound

This buff makes every incoming spell reflect with 5% chance to character who cast spell.

Notes* A spell that is reflected is reflected to caster without affecting the feca.

• In addition of getting 5% chance of reflecting every incoming spell, the feca also enters reflecting state with 5% chance at the start of each round. This is seen as a small animation around the feca. In reflecting state, the feca will reflect the single next incoming spell with 100% certainty.
